The living room floor has just been newly tiled and the vaulted ceilings and 1400sq ft of living space makes it feel very roomy and relaxing. It has cable tv and a dvd player. There are two eating areas (breakfast and formal). There is a large integral garage with electric door for ease of use. Parking for a second car if required outside the villa.The villa is located in a quiet cul de sac, and has just undergone a makeover. The location is great for kids and they can play safely at the large heated pool/Jacuzzi or tennis courts and other activities on site. Barbecue/picnic area overlooking the lake and feature fountain. Everything is on one level, so its easy to get about.
